• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
• DAMAGES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY AI MODEL PROVIDERS

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mori API from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account settings. Termination does not entitle you to refunds.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons with appropriate notice where required by law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
